Job Description - Seeking an experienced Senior Research Associate to join the Analytical Sciences department. This role will be focused on developing chromatographic methods for the preparative separation of our lead compounds to impact the small molecule drug discovery platform. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities - Separate small molecule leads by RP or NP preparative chromatography.Perform HPLC/UPLC method development.Advance the purification platform by evaluating/implementing different column chemistries.Contribute to the optimization of the separations workflow.Optimize sample analysis, data interpretation, and effectively communicate to cross functional teams.Generate technical documents and presentations.

Qualifications - A minimum of a BS/MS with 3-4yrs experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field.Experience applying liquid chromatography techniques to small molecules.Experience scaling methods from analytical to preparative scale.Experience with mass directed fraction collection.Experience with LCMS for QC analysis.Experience developing methods with HPLC/UPLC.Experience troubleshooting chromatographic instrumentation.Familiarity with Agilent chromatography systems is a plus.Experience with method validation is a plus.Experience with extractions is a plus.Understanding of organic chemistry.Experience with an Electronic Lab Notebook.Data recording, interpretation and management required.
