The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Daniel K Inouye College of Pharmacy at the University of Hawaii at Hilo invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position with a possible start date of July 01, 2022. We are especially interested in applicants with experience in natural product discovery and bioassay-guided natural product drug discovery. The candidate should be familiar with the use of a range of modern analytical and spectroscopic tools including HPLC, low resolution LCMS, HRMS, and NMR. The capacity to work in a team environment is also essential.

Primary responsibilities will include research, project management, manuscript preparation, communications with collaborators, training junior lab members, ordering, instrument maintenance, and other duties.
Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. degree in chemistry or a closely related field (postdoctoral experience preferred) by the time of appointment.
